Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local courier depending on the provided shipping address. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Due to increased demand during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been experiencing longer-than-usual shipping times. In peak periods, please all for up to 5 business days for dispatch. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

All orders are shipped from the US, Australia, China, or Singapore, depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our inventory. This allows us to get the items to you with the fastest speed possible. We know you can't wait to get the products you ordered!
